- Air: Ranchi, the state capital, has regular flights to the major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Patna.
- Rail:Its cities like Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Bokaro, Dhanbad and Giridih are well connected to most of the main cities of the country.
- Road:Jharkhand�s Ranchi and other major cities are well linked to Bihar, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal and Orissa.
Best Time to Visit
- The best time to visit Jharkhand is October to February when the weather is cool, pleasant and less humid during its mild winters.
- Jharkhand has hot wet summers from March to June with temperature increasing up to 42 degree C, still with relatively pleasant weather.
- The monsoon stays here from July to September with the state getting an annual rainfall of 1,326 mm.
