Chhattisgarh, central Indian state formed after partition from Madhya Pradesh on November 1, has immense potential for tourism. - Air: Raipur, the state capital, the only city in the state is connected by air to New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Nagpur (Maharashtra) by regular flights.
- Rail:The state is well connected through railways with its two main junctions as Raipur and Bilaspur.
- Road:The state possesses a broad road network.
Best Time to Visit
- The best time for a visit Chhattisgarh is during winter, between November to February as the day temperatures remains cool and pleasant, ranging from 10�C to 30�C.
